The cutting speed is too large, the machine tool vibration is big, the voice is big, the saw blade stability decreases, the processing quality decreases, the cutting speed is too small, the production efficiency decreases. At the same feeding speed, the amount of cutting per tooth increases, affecting the quality of processing and the life of the saw. Since the diameter D of the saw blade and the spindle speed N are power functions, in practical application, it is most economical to increase the speed reasonably and reduce the diameter of the saw blade.
