We often find that cutting discs fracture during the production and processing of cutting discs. What is the cause of this?

Firstly, when installed idling, the cutting disc fractures. When the cutting disc is mounted into the cutting table, it should be idle for a minute. There are two main factors in this process. The cutting disc is inferior and this product itself does not reach the cutting line speed. In addition, the cutting disc aperture and the cutting table shaft are not equipped. There is a large stress during assembling.

Secondly, cutting discs fracture during working. We often see that the cutting disc is normal when it is used in the beginning, and the grinding wheel fractures when the cutting process is in the normal 1/3. There are the following reasons: difference in flatness of cutting disc, uneven structure of cutting disc, higher hardness of cutting disc and resin lacking toughness of cutting disc.
