Use and storage of grinding wheels

1. Before installing the grinding wheel, check the speed mark of the grinding wheel, and then check whether there is crack and damage, and carry out the strength test. Grinding wheels with final strength test and cracks have been found to be strictly prohibited.

2. After the sand transmission is installed, it must be idling for not less than 5 minutes with the guard cover. Only when it is sure that the grinding wheel has reliable strength can it start working.

3. It is forbidden to use coolant that has a destructive effect on the grinding wheel binder.

4. When handling the grinding wheel, it is necessary to prevent severe vibration and impact.

5. Depending on the size and shape of the grinding wheel, it should be placed on the shelf and in the box separately. Do not stack it too high. The resin sheet grinding wheel should be sandwiched between metal discs with a smooth surface and pressed with heavy weight to prevent deformation.

6. The grinding wheel should be stored to prevent moisture and freezing.

7. The resin bond grinding wheel shall not be stored for more than one year. If the overdue period is strictly checked, it is confirmed that the quality is no problem before it can be used.
